Our Story – Longevity
We’ve been around for nearly 50 years and still remain a family business, we’ve come a long way yet still remain just as we were then, one step ahead.
Our Mission – To make you feel more secure
We want to help make you feel more secure in your home or your business. We believe that there isn’t anything ‘standard’ about security. That’s why we pride ourselves on our personal approach, we talk to you to find out how you live: does your dog like to sleep in the kitchen when you are out, do you need to know when the cat has opened the fridge or how to stop him! (this really happened), do you need to know when staff enter or leave the building? All these things make your security needs individual and why we take the time to meet those needs.
Important to all – Exceptional service & trust
Our exceptional service allows us to build long term relationships with our clients, which promotes loyalty and trust and brings recommendations. At least 80% of our business still comes from recommendations even in this world filled with fancy marketing options. We are not saying, we never have a little slip up; I’d doubt any company who said they didn’t, but you can be assured if we do, we do all that we can to put it right, your satisfaction is important to us.
Team Work – Professional & knowledgeable
This exceptional service is possible because of the strong team we have around us, it may sound like a cliché, but our success is underpinned by hardworking people and continuity of staff, many with us 15 to 30 years which gives you the benefit of their experience and great wealth of knowledge of the security industry, this is out on the road and in the offices. We continue to move forward with technology embracing the changes in equipment and products available. The business continues to grow … we don’t Stand-Still we Stand-Fast.
Sustainability – Minimize environmental impacts in areas of waste management
Reducing harm to the planet isn’t easy, but we have taken some simple steps to become a greener workplace and reduce our carbon footprint. We have implemented polices to reduce waste and improve recycling and encourage all our team to collectively contribute to reducing our environmental impact.
The UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations are now UK Law, with the aim of reducing the amount of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
