Personal Data Policy

All Customer data (and that related to the contracted customer) is collected and processed in a manner that is adequate, relevant, lawful and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purpose required. Standfast ensure all personal data is stored in a manner that provides appropriate security and confidentiality. Customer personal data is held electronically as well as our manual filing system (identification by contract number).

Contact and location details of 24hour monitored alarms are shared with an NSI approved Alarm Receiving Centre (Yeoman Monitoring ARC) and Kent Police for alarm response purposes in the event of an alarm activation.

Personal customer data collected and processed consists of contracted customer contact and location details and where appropriate contact details of their nominated keyholders for the
alarmed premises.

The customer can request disclosure of personal data stored by Standfast and confirmation that data is erased / destroyed if the contract with Standfast is terminated.
